Surplus Joe's will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. All product returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by our company. A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling 1-866-333-5637 or by email at surplusjoes@verizon.net. A Return Authorization Number is valid for 15 days from the time of issuance. Surplus Joe's will not refund any shipping charges and all returns and exchanges must be shipped at the customer's expense. Upon arrival back to our warehouse, all returns will be inspected and all items must be in original condition with all labels and tags intact.

Returns:

Merchandise may be returned up to 15 days from original receipt date for a refund. All returns must include the original sales receipt and Return Authorization Number issued by Surplus Joe's. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must arrive in NEW condition with original labels and tags intact. Surplus Joe's does not issue refunds on MILITARY SURPLUS, GAS MASKS, USED ITEMS, CLOSE OUT OR SALE ITEMS OR LARGE QUANTITY PURCHASES. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

Merchandise may be exchanged up to 30 days from original receipt date. All exchanges must include original sales receipt and Return Authorization Number issued by Surplus Joe's. To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must arrive in original condition with original tags intact. Surplus Joe's does not give exchanges on MILITARY SURPLUS, GAS MASKS, USED ITEMS, CLOSE OUT OR SALE ITEMS OR LARGE QUANTITY PURCHASES. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Return Shipping:

Surplus Joe's suggest that you return the merchandise via a service (UPS-Federal Express) that has a tracking service that can confirm delivery. We will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
